Bridges and Overpasses

Pre/Post-Stressed Concrete Beams

We produce a variety of pre/post-stressed AASHTO beam sections, which also include California and Nebraska sections, of up to 52m in length. Our limiting factor in beams construction is length and weight, the maximum being 35m and 60ton respectively. Longer span and heavier beams can be produced and post-stressed on the job site. The high strength concrete used for these beams can reach compressive strengths of up to 11.4ksi.
The beans are design and produced using the latest German equipment such as steel tendons, anchors and hydraulic jacks.

Box Culverts

These products are used to carry waste-waters and also as animal underpasses. They measure up to 3m in height and 2.5m in length. Their modular connection system requires no additional in situ concrete work.

New Jersey Barrier

We produce three types of New Jersey barriers: central, lateral and lateral bridge barriers. These products measure up to 3m in length and are fixed to the roadway using either a mechanical screw system or a floating system, which when linked together absorb lateral vehicle impact loads.
