Breakwaters

We produce a variety of breakwater structures to meet each projects needs, which will be placed in coastal areas to protect ports and marine infrastructure. We can produce up to 15ton tetrapods, acropodes and dolos.
We can mobilize full production units because these products are usually manufacturing in the vicinity of the project.
The concrete used for these products are in compliance with ACI’s durability standards required for marine environments.

Pre-stressed Piles

Our PCI abiding pre-stressed piles come in a variety of transverse sections, the largest being 600x600mm.
The piles are produced in stress benches that measure 100m in length and are prepared combining high strength concrete with rectangular and spiral ties and pre-stressed strands. Our pre-stressed system end bulkheads have a 600ton capacity. We can transport piles of up to 24m in length. If required, longer and more lightweight piles can be produced using specialized mechanical joints.

Floating Docks Systems

We produce floating dock systems used in commercial and tourist marinas. Partnered with the prestigious US firm Bellingham Marine, we manufacture floating docks of up to 6m wide by 18m long. In order to guarantee the durability of the product, the concrete reinforcement employed is a combination of epoxy-coated rebar and carbon fiber.
We are also capable of producing pontoons and large floating breakwaters using mechanical connections.

Restrained Wall Systems

Screen walls used in ports and marinas are manufactured using intertwined modular reinforced concrete cube blocks that form up to 8m tall gravity-based structures.

Splash Wall

We produce precast reinforced concrete walls to protect coastal areas from storms and high tides. These walls can form either straight or undulating lines of up to 5m in high. These structures protect marinas and ports from wind and waves.
